The staff were welcoming and helpful, the design of the rooms was wonderful, the breakfast and drink throughout the day were great, and the location was convenient.

Hotel is located in shopping centre Karolbagh much better area than Paharganj near New Delhi Railway Station.Our room was big enough and tastefully furnished. We found almost everything of our choice. Cleanness of room was superb.Service was high class.

The internet connection was available and free.

The hotel did not provide the facilities that were promised on their website and on the website of Booked.net. There was no proper breakfastroom, no rooftoprestaurant, no locker, no coffee- and tea facilities, (mostly) no hot water and no filled minibar. If asked for the staff was willing to help, but was not very professional and chaotic. We left the hotel earlier than we have planned to do and went to the Swati hotel in de same neighbourhood (about which we are much more positive).

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Karol Bagh area of Delhi and had a great experience. First of all, the location was ideal, being right in the heart of the city. It made it easy to explore and access all the main attractions. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms. The bathroom had the latest fittings and the rooms were well-equipped with great facilities.

Everything was okay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you don't mind you can take a riksha to any destination for a very smal rate. A riksha driver will be your guide telling you about every poi in the area. It is a very good experience for a Delhi visitor who wants to see a real Delhi beyond tourist traps. Do not hesitate to take a riksha to visit Indian Gate and the President's palace. If you don't mind Indian or Chinese cuisine just stay at the hotel and have a nice day!

The only negative points were too noisy air condibioning in the room and overcrowded area where you could hardly move among the traffic due to a condenced flow of vehicles on streets.

We stayed here for 1 night in September 2011 for our honeymoon. We arrived at the hotel by early flight. It was very close to the Metro Station Karolbagh and we were checked in swiftly. Rooms were of a good size and very clean and elegantly furnished. Next day we had a train to Jaipur in the evening.Hotel Owner Mr.J.Sohi permitted to be in the room till 3.30 without extra charge which helped us a lot. We found this place perfect in all aspects- Room,Service,cleanness,comfort,location etc.

We had a fantastic stay near the metro stop. Hotel facilities were super clean and staff were courteous. Location was very close to lively market area and Karol Bagh metro station. We recommend this hotel.

This was our concluding trip to India.We stayed 2 nights in this hotel.This is super down town hotel, just perfect.The thing that was most amazed about this hotel was cleanness and the quality of service they have. We loved this hotel and would recommend this to our family members and friends.

I had a nice stay at Sohi Residency.Easily approcheable from the Karol Bagh Metro station,the hotel is neat n clean and the staff are very co- operative and courteous.Very affordable rates.Nice value for money. Good for leisure,business pleasure even for the families. Would strongly recommend it to others.

No significant drawbacks, everything was satisfactory.

Very Good Hotel. Helping Staff specially Mr. Deepak, who not only sincerely look after during our stay but also managed nicely our trip to Agra at very competitive price.Room was quite big and elegantly furnished with seperate work desk,dining area and attached bath room super clean.This is the first hotel in India where we do not find any Mosquitos.Next time definitely I will stay here and will also recommend it to others.

The room was clean, it looked like in the picture, this only applies to upper floor rooms (do not take a lower floor room, it will be loud), it had a large screen TV and lots of programs. The guys at the main desk are helpful, we could change our room twice - some internet issues. Most of the time, the internet is working. The breakfast is acceptable, order to the room as there is no proper dinning room. Compared to what else we've seen in India/Nepal, this hotel is OK (hygene, cleanness, service)

The hotel is much farther form the metro station as advertised, it takes about 15min walk through a very dirty neighbourhood (not a nice walk), the hotel taxi is super-overpriced, the hotel staff (not front desk) are always looking for a tip and they even ask for it if not offered (tipical India). Rooms on first floor are EXTREMELY loud, like you're outside, someone even rang our door @ 4 AM and then had a good laugh. Food ordered in the hotel sometimes undercooked. Like everywhere else in India, people will NOT be on time with anything - laundry is ok, but will be late, don't do it last moment

The hotel is located in a lively market area close to a metro stop and Gaffar market, making shopping convenient. the room and bathroom are spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast includes a variety of tasty items. the staff is welcoming and accommodating, with prompt room service available.

The hotel is far from the main attractions of the city, so be prepared to travel a lot if that's your main reason for visiting.

Superb location near Metro Station Karolbagh, clean and far away from chaos of Paharganj. Well clean new room. Well decorated. Helping staff always ready to help with smile.Excellent value for Money.
